Over the 16 years, heading Recruitment Services for Naukri.com, I got to work with a fantastic team of clients across industries, geographies in finding suitable talent & observed Naukri.com grow into India’s Leading Job Site.
For years while heading recruiting, I wondered if there was any such service that could assist candidates find companies according to their true potential. And 2 years back I was introduced to Coaching, and got myself certified from one of the World’s Best , and have amalgamated my years of experience recruiting and leadership coaching to assist Corporate Executives find a job that they can thrive in.
