Everyone has days when they look around themselves or at this one news article, find a particular person and the first thought that pops up is – this person is successful!
This is not based on one specific aspect but usually a combination of elements which coins together the tag of ‘Success’
That brings me to the question, what is the definition of success?
Across various definitions of success, I found this one by Earl Nightingale, the most powerful on
“𝙎𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙜𝙤𝙖𝙡𝙨”
Success is not a destination – It’s the journey one undertakes towards their goals where you love solving challenges across levels usually targeting something higher up as compared to what you’ve already achieved!
Of course, In every journey there are certain components which hold the utmost importance –
Goals – You can have multiple goals in different areas of your life, eg career, business, financial, health, relationships, etc..
Progressiveness – Every goal requires constant progress by taking action.
Realization – A system needs to be in place to ensure goals are turning into reality.
Worthiness – Goals should be worthy in the long run, these should be worth dedicating time to.
I found this definition the most powerful as it resonated with me, this is because I can slowly see the success I have visualized for myself and my clients/coachees.
