Starting out on your own and establishing your own venture can be a huge task at times, a very important factor in this is the motivation.

Unfortunately constant motivation is hard to find and one has to be extremely patient along the way to success.

This reminds me of great advice by Eric Jorgenson –

Basis what Eric stated above, a lot of times we get caught up vice versa where we are doing our actions very slowly and patiently. We want the results to show up fast but there is no shortcut to success!

Especially in a Startup or Business Growth mode, I think our expectations of quick results are heightened and we tend to get demotivated when we don’t see the outcomes as per our expectations.

The way is to keep the hustle on and take action each day towards your goals. Once you know that you have given the best keeping in mind your constraints then just let go of your expectations of achieving quick results as the results you will achieve over a longer period of time will be far greater than the small wins you may have along the way.

I too have made this mistake sometimes of being impatient when results donโ€™t show but now have learnt to change my perspective for the better. I hope you do too!
