Over the years I have seen Businesses and their respective management struggling with one thing, that is trying to solve all business issues on their own whereas that should not be the case.

Irrespective of what position you are at in your company or business, you always need to remember that most of the solutions just come from listening to the perspective of the core pillars of the business – Employees, Customers, and Vendors.

This process of listening is such an important component in the entire business lifecycle but somehow always needs to be pointed out to business leaders.

So this week I thought of sharing a few questions which I believe are business imperative and need to be asked time and again, especially in the middle of a pandemic!

Q1- How can we adapt to serve our clients, employees & our vendors better in this hour of crisis?

Q2. Who else (customers) can we serve by modifying our capabilities a bit which helps us monetize our service?

Q3. Where do we need to invest in learning and upskilling in the current times to make us more relevant for the future?

Don’t assume the answers, just ask the questions. The key is to listen to the answers from each stakeholder.

Great insights have come from this simple exercise.
